Self nomination is quick and easy

Simply:

Select either relevant nomination form.

• Choose the award category(ies). The criteria provided for each award represent a stretch target, so do not dismiss an award category simply because you feel that your organisation fails to meet all of the points mentioned - you will not be alone!
• Point us in the right direction. We ask that management highlight areas in their published reports or on their websites that demonstrate their transparency.
• Submit your entry. The deadline for submissions are:
  – FTSE companies, 30 June 2006
  – Public Sector organisations, 21 July 2006.

Every organisation that nominates itself for an award will be offered confidential feedback on its submission.
