Executive Remuneration Reporting in the FTSE 350
The period reviewed will be 1 April 2009 to 31 March 2010, and we will review the annual report and supporting corporate reporting such as investor presentations on the company's website and corporate responsibility reports.
Disclosures that demonstrate effective oversight by the Remuneration Committee of remuneration policies across the company and, in particular, for senior executives. Reports that provide evidence of a manifest commitment to best practice and clearly communicate how incentive plans drive the right behaviour and align the interests of executives with those of stakeholders and provide a clear analysis of how the company is tailoring its approach to remuneration in the face of the severe economic downturn.
